The hotel was set in a central area right by restaurants, the beach and a couple grocery stores, supermarkets and Kim Sha beach and numerous restaurants, bars and a couple of groceries. I had quick lunch at Movida, located minute walk from the venue.

This hotel is a great value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates and the attention to detail in the rooms. The location on a hillside offers beautiful views and adds a unique charm to the property. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the basic amenities in the room, including the balcony with a very nice kitchen set up. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.
All in all, everything was fine.

Lovely building and rooms with a very nice kitchen set up. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location right by St Martin, and supermarket next door and nice beach pub across the street.

The location on a hillside provides stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with a very nice kitchen setup and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the breakfast included is a convenient and satisfying way to start the day.
The only area for improvement was the comfort of the bed.

We had a pleasant Thanksgiving holiday stay. The breakfast and coffee were great, and the location was convenient to many restaurants and the beach. We appreciated the friendly staff and clean accommodations.
We were disappointed to find out the parking was steep and difficult to maneuver. we missed having a pool to relax in during the day.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident, from the black cosmetic face towels to the jar with q-tips and cotton balls in the room. The location on a hillside provides beautiful views from the balcony. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with a very nice kitchen setup, perfect for making easy meals.
